A typical detached home, assessed at $200,000, will pay $134 per month in property taxes in 2025. Roughly 47% of this amount — or $63 — will help pay for M.D. services, 35% — or $47 — will go to the Government of Al-berta to support education, and the remaining 18% — or $24 — will pay for the Senior’s and Management Body Requisitions.
