Set in the heart of the boreal wilderness, this remote and isolated community of approximately 72 resilient souls is situated along the beautiful and secluded Chipewyan Lake. Found 110 kms north of Wabasca, the lake’s pristine waters are inviting, and provide nearly endless recreational opportunities, including summer and winter fishing, swimming, boating, and canoeing or kayaking. Other outdoor adventures include hunting, ATV and snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and more.
