Airport Maintenance

The Public Works Department provides maintenance for the MD of Opportunity’s four airstrips – the most managed by a single department in Western Canada. These include Wabasca, Calling Lake, Red Earth Creek, and Chipewyan Lake.

Services provided include:

• Grass Cutting
• Lighting
• Scheduled Inspections
• Snow Plowing
• Ice Control
