Appointments
To book an appointment call 780-891-2847
Give your name, and reason for seeing the doctor, and then we’ll be able to give you the best amount of time available for your appointment
Cancelations
Please call if you are unable to keep your appointment, then some one else will be able to get in to see the doctor.
Prescription Renewals
The best way is to book an appointment with the doctor. The doctor does prefer to see you to review your history and effectiveness of medications.
Test Results
If the doctor feels they need to talk about your tests we will send out a call back card. If it is urgent we will phone you for an appointment immediately. You are welcome to discuss all tests with the doctor at any time. Just book an appointment.
Invalid Health Numbers
If you are from out of province, or don’t have a Health Care Number you may be expected to pay for your appointment. The fee is $45.00
Non Scheduled Appointments
When you’re ill we understand that your healthcare is a priority, and we will do our best to get you an appointment with the doctor. You are welcome to come in and wait and if there is a cancellation or a client does not show up we will gladly give you their appointment.
To receive a copy or View your Medical Record
If you request a copy of your medical record, or a medical report you will be required to fill out a request and submit it to the front reception. We will require 10 business days to complete the request. There is a $25.00 fee for a copy of an entire medical record; there is no fee for a medical report.

Uninsured Services
The Alberta Health Care Plan pays for many of the services you receive from your doctor. However a number of services are not covered by the government plan. These are uninsured services. Some are billed to lawyers, government agencies or others. Some are billed to you.
You or a third party such as your employer, private insurance company or school may request a letter, report, form, etc., from your physician, In addition to office materials these services require the time and expertise of your doctor and staff. As a result, you or the third party will be billed a fee to cover these costs. The reception office will discuss any fee before providing an uninsured service. Payment will be expected when you receive the service. Cash, Debit card, or Credit card is accepted. Please see reception with your payment.
These are uninsured services:
- Pre-dental anaesthetic form for children.
- Drug testing
- Paternity testing
- Canada Pension Plan (CPP) forms
- Insurance Forms (e.g., AISH, Disability)
- Disabled parking plaque
- Drivers medical
- Photocopies and computer printouts ($.25/page)
