The Land Use Bylaw is a statutory document that is created to regulate and control the use and development of land and buildings; and to achieve the orderly and economic development of land within the M.D. of Opportunity.With the establishment of processes the Planning Department at the M.D. can use this Bylaw to make decisions that enhance and support the quality of life to all in our community.
